Thai Massage

A harmonious blend of stretches, acupressure and deep tissue manipulation drawn from Thai traditional medicine.

It releases muscular tension, tightness and stiffness, bringing back balance and flexibility to your body and mind.

At my practice in Greenwich it is performed fully clothed on a Thai futon mat. At your home it is practiced on a table using oil. Read more...

Craniosacral Therapy

Not actually a massage, this gentle, nurturing and calming approach of working with your body uses only light touch.

By working directly on the nervous system, it addresses physical and emotional needs and helps you strengthen from the core.

Craniosacral therapy originated from osteopathy, and is suitable for babies and adults alike. Read more...

Chair Massage

For chair massage, you are seated in a special chair with your face resting in a cradle, looking down towards the floor, with supports for your arms.

Your back and neck completely relax while the therapist relieves muscle tension using Swedish massage moves like kneading and compression. Oils are not used and you remain fully clothed.

Paediatric Craniosacral Therapy

Parents commonly bring their baby for craniosacral therapy in the first weeks following birth. The baby's mother and/or father will usually be invited to be part of the session and as the baby responds to treatment, the shared experience can deepen the bond with the new family.

Craniosacral therapy is beneficial even if the pregnancy and birth were trouble free. It can also offer support for:

  • Establishing and supporting breastfeeding

  • Developing good sleep patterns

  • Early infant feeding problems including colic, reflux and allergies

  • Corticollis (wry neck)

  • Bonding with parents and siblings

Young babies may be cuddled and fed during treatment and older babies can play with their parents and the therapist. Read more...
